An Epic Shamanic Pilgrimage for Love and Peace

Clearing European Continental Chakras of Constantine's and Other Warrior Energies

RECAP & HIGHLIGHTS - in the aftermath of an extraordinary journey

LONDON, England, Oct 21 - Nearly one month ago, I sent out a Farewell Letter  describing our 3,700-mile pilgrimage journey along the spine of Europe.  My intent and the guidance I had received back in August was to stop at the seven continental chakras which were significant in Constantine's lifetime, and perform shamanic ceremonies to clear the warrior energies from each.  Each chakra was also associated with a particular soul ray.  Which means that by the end of the trip, the clearing should have also included all seven soul rays.

Now, looking in hindsight at the amazing adventure that Elizabeth and I have been through, we can both safely say that it would have never happened without a Divine help and guidance.  Everything happened perfectly, against all odds.  Even the weather was extraordinarily cooperative.  At the start in England, the temperatures reached all time highs for October of 30C (86F).  Warm weather continued all the way through to Istanbul.  Every day we found ourselves a few hours ahead of a storm and cool air that was moving across the continent from west to east, the general direction in which we also traveled.

No man could have arranged for something as miraculous as that.  Which is why we kept giving thanks to the Creator and our spirit guides all through the adventure. Here are some highlights...

  • During the first 11 days of October, we slept in a different bed every night, including one on a train, while traversing 3,700 miles by car, train, boat and air from York in England to Constantinople (Istanbul) in Turkey.  We never missed a beat.  Our only hold up lasted at the border between Austria and Slovenia where they were working on a long tunnel, and letting the traffic through only one lane at a time.  But even that did not stop us from reaching our target destination that day - Pula, Croatia - and performing a sunset clearing ceremony there.

  • Furthermore, as I was apologizing to the spirit of my son Crispus (as Constantine) in Pula, whom I had had killed based on my second wife's false accusation, church bells rang out from a nearby cathedral.  It was a stunning, and an amazingly moving moment for both Elizabeth and I.  She captured it all on film which you will be able to see in due course.

  • The wind-blown ceremony at the grave of the Crispus' incarnation in my current lifetime in the Belgrade suburb of Zemun was similarly moving.  It was one of the few times that Elizabeth was also moved to tears as she was recording the event with a still camera.  Afterward, she said that that, plus the evening we spent with Crispus' son and his family at their home, and later at the Belgrade famous Skadarlija district, singing and dancing the night away, were the greatest moments and the top highlights of the trip for her.

  • What followed our whirlwind visit to Serbia was an equally amazing adventure in Greece.  To start with, we were forced to rent a wreck of a vehicle from a fly-by-night rental car company (because we did not have an international drivers license).  "What was wrong with the car?" friends would ask as afterward.  Everything.  The first gear was busted, emitting smoke each time I tried to use it.  So I had to start it from the second gear. The car hated hills.  It was dying whenever we had to climb one.  And in Greece, there is nothing but hills.  Yet we made it all the way to Delphi and back.  Only divine intervention would have made that possible.

More importantly, our Delphi Greek guide and the chief archeologist of the Delphi Museum were stunned when we discovered the inscription of Theodosius, the Greek monk who was Constantine's split soul.  Neither of them had known about it before.  I was told about that by one of my Teachers who guided me to go to Delphi.  When I then did a shamanic ceremony at that site, both of them cried.  They were so moved by the presence of the Spirit and by what happened that day.  There were more miracles that day, but we'll save that for later.

  • We ended the pilgrimage at Constantine's grave in Istanbul.  The place is the site of Fatih Mosque today.  We found it without the help of the map... by instinct and Divine guidance, of course. The Spirit also held off the rain and the storm until literally just minutes after I was finished with the final clearing ceremony.  I took it as a blessing.  The rain then continued on and off the rest of that day, and during most of the next.

Probably the greatest blessing of our trip came to us days later in Ireland, during a spiritual workshop I was attending on the Dingle peninsula.  Speaking through a channel, Master Hilarion, the chohan of the 5th ray souls, spoke to the group about our journey along the spine of Europe as an example of service to mankind.  He also said that in the future, man will have to work in groups.  The upcoming age of the Aquarius will be all about the community, not the individual, as the outgoing era of the Pisces has been.

I feel the Age of Aquarius is already upon us.  Elizabeth and I could not have done what we did alone. And I am not talking here only about the help we received from our spirit guides, for which we are deeply grateful.   I felt all throughout the trip as if I was traveling on the wings of prayers and heartfelt messages of support I had received from so many of you - before and during the trip. So I did not journey alone. Our hearts joined together to do this sacred work - by all and for all.  Which is why the beneficial effects may reverberate for all.

And with that, stand by now for a play-by-play account of this epic pilgrimage.  It may take me weeks or months to tell the full story of what evolved during the course of the first 11 days of October 2011.

Lance Armstrong, Confirmation Dream, Blooming Flowers, Bananas

HAIKU, Maui, Oct 25 - Well, we made it home last night after 24 hours of traveling from London to Maui.  Everything worked out just perfectly... the pick up in London and light traffic to Heathrow, airline departures and arrivals, the first class upgrades, the baggage deliveries, the customs and immigration processing in LA.  We could not have asked for anything better and are deeply grateful to our guides for ensuring such a smooth Mon Oct 24 was one of the longest days of our lives... about 36 hours we figured.  Talk about stretching time.  :-)

Even our taxi river at the Kahului airport welcomed us home with a warm aloha and a lei for each of us.

And the driver also told us about the Xterra triathlon race held earlier that day in Kapalua, Maui, the first place I landed on Maui 24 years ago.  The 40-year old seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong also competed in the event and was the headline grabber even if he didn't win.  I just smiled.  I found it quite interesting that my soul split (Lance Armstrong) should be on my home island for the first time (that I know of), and at that, on the very day we return from this long European trip.  A coincidence?  No such thing.

Back in LA, the first sight we glimpsed after emerging from customer and immigration was a Starbucks.  Elizabeth nearly shrieked for joy.  They don't have her favorite drink in Europe - green tea frappuccino. Besides, except in England and in Dublin, we never saw any Starbucks elsewhere on the continent.

As we were then walking through the Delta terminal at the LAX, a Native American airport employee in his 60s smiled broadly while looking at me with my Inca hat and other shamanic adornments.  "You are a superstar," he said.  Then looking at Elizabeth, he added, "you are especially a superstar."  We smiled back and thanked him for the compliments, and then asked for directions to the Delta Sky Lounge.

This reminded us of several incidents throughout Europe, in Greece and Turkey in particular, where a number of people asked us if I was some sort of a "rock star." Others saw me as "Indiana Jones," and yet some others as "Brad Pitt, or some such Hollywood star."  In each case, we just smiled politely and thanked them for the compliments, but denied any such status.  We figured it must be some kind of new aura or glow that people were noticing subconsciously which resulted from the enlightenment we received ourselves during this clearing mission.

When I was taking part in a spiritual workshop in Ireland after our pilgrimage journey in Europe, I asked my spirit guides to let me know when the effects of our European clearing of warrior energies and the pains they have caused starts to take effect.  It appears that they answered that request with a dream I had last night, our first night back home.  Here are my notes about from my Journal:

had a dream in which I felt something under my skin, in the section of my stomach between my navel and the penis. It seemed to rustle, like paper. When I worked with my fingers to loosen it, it looked like some old bandage. I carefully peeled it off. Underneath it was a dark, spiny, centipede-like shape, about 5-6 inches long about about a half inch wide. Or it could have been an old wound or a surgical scar, such as after a Caesarian section or other abdominal surgeries. At the bottom of the bandage there was some yellow puss, as is when infection sets it. I lifted the bandage and threw it away. The "wound" did not really hurt as I was doing it. I felt that now that the bandage has been removed, it would heal by itself. Then I woke up.

INTERPRETATION: This was probably about some old wound(s) or fears in the pit of my stomach which needed to be healed. And now they have been. What is especially poignant about this dream is that it was given to me by my guides on our first night back from the nearly month-long trip to clear Constantine and other soul rays' warrior energies from the European continental chakras. Perhaps this WAS the sign I have been asking for from my spirit guides - to let me know when the healing in the wake of our pilgrimage does start to take place.

The beautiful flowers which welcomed us home were another sign.  When we left, these Mums were dead.  Now, they are in full bloom even though our driver told us the weather has been unusually warm and dry here.

And our Rainbow Shower tree (right), which after which our property was named, was decorated in the most resplendent bloom we have seen since we moved here.  I even harvested several dozen bananas this morning We are planning to have  some for breakfast.  Since our fridge is virtually empty after a long trip, it is great that nature provided some nourishment. So it feels wonderful all around to be home and to be welcomed home in such a warm and unique way.

HAIKU, Maui, Sep 27, 2011 - To understand the full context of this extraordinary journey, a new reader needs to check out and contemplate the following revelations that came to be about Constantine, the first Roman Emperor to embrace Christianity and help codify it (see Nicene Creed) into a religion that we still know it today, 1700 years later.  The first revelation occurred in late June of this year, at the time of the 40th anniversary of my first wife's death (Betty, who I later intuited was also my first wife Minervina in the Constantine lifetime).

Through a combination of my own intuitions, and that of my Masters-Teachers and other important figures in Constantine's lifetime who are incarnated today, I pieced together this fascinating mosaic of stories (published at my arts and spirituality web site - ):
